The monthly prices above are per physical location (clinic or patient care site). A MedFiller license for a clinic allows unlimited use and users for most individual, stand-alone, small-medium urgent care centers, primary care clinics, and occupational health-focused clinics subject to account limitations such as the number of DOT examiners and civil surgeons.
Occasional home and off-site use is permitted, but if your organization operates, advertises, practices medicine, or delivers patient care from multiple clinics/locations, you require multiple and/or special licenses. Please inquire about pricing if your organization plans to benefit from MedFiller or conduct physical health exams, at multiple locations, mobile-testing sites, larger multi-specialty centers, and hospital settings. 1. Custom Forms: For occupational medicine and custom forms, pricing does not include costs to clean, digitize, curate, integrate, and maintain customized client-provided forms into the MedFiller platform. Users familiar with authoring fillable PDF forms can DIY and add unlimited Quick Forms (self-authored fillable PDF templates) to their MedFiller account.
2. EMR Integrations, Appointments Import, and Document Export: MedFiller can offer many integrations at no additional cost. Certain EMRs will charge you or us additional fees for integration and document export. Please read our open and zero-cost EMR integration policy for more details and inquire if MedFiller supports zero-cost integration with your EMR. MedFiller will strive to remain transparent on pricing for such integrations as much as possible while complying with various non-disclosure agreements required by different EMRs.
