We’re updating the standard MedFiller pre-employment physical template. No field changes or page structure changes are happening so all your outbound rules and employer protocols stay as-is. Only the field-page layout is being improved for better readability.
June 10th, 2025: OSHA Respirator Questionnaire being updated to support Spanish as well as English
The MedFiller OSHA Respirator Questionnaire will be updated to support both Spanish and English for patients, with no impact on your MedFiller case setup or the form interface for MedFiller users. The only change will be that patients will now have the option to fill out their version in Spanish.
OSHA, in collaboration with the OSHA of Puerto Rico, has quietly released a Spanish version of its standard respirator questionnaire. The update has been on the OSHA website for some time but has not been heavily advertised. We thank Med Stop Urgent Care, for bringing this to our attention.
The update in MedFiller will be implemented transparently by mid-July but you can preview the patient side of the form today. If you would like to move to the multi-lingual form sooner or would not like to switch to the multi-lingual form at all, please reach out to us.
